CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Rodney Wilson has built and transformed businesses across multiple sectors for three decades, refining a distinct approach to value creation that now drives Burbank Private Equity Group. His career reflects a methodical accumulation of capabilities - from technical trades to capital formation to strategic oversight - giving him practical insight into both operational complexity and investment fundamentals.

Beginning in residential construction, Rodney built Winston Gas from startup to a 30-employee company with $2M annual revenue before executing a strategic exit. This early success funded his entry into real estate development, where he delivered 41 residential lots and constructed multiple homes through The Ward Group of NC, establishing a track record of efficient project delivery.

As his ventures expanded, Rodney developed increasingly sophisticated capital structures, assembling a $20M funding package for an Australian biotech venture and structuring a $16M debt financing for a coastal condominium development, backed by $5M in equity he secured from a key investment partner. These transactions demonstrated his ability to match complex projects with appropriate capital sources.

To diversify his skills and leadership capabilities, Rodney completed Officer Candidate School in the US Army National Guard, specializing in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive operations. This military experience reinforced his methodical risk management framework and operational discipline, particularly in high-consequence environments requiring precise coordination.

Following his military service, Rodney obtained his Series 3 FINRA license and raised $1M for commodities and futures trading, deepening his understanding of financial markets and risk management. Rodney later became CFO at Consensus Construction, where he managed finances for significant commercial projects including a Hilton Garden Inn, the Surfside Beach Pier reconstruction, and several specialized restaurant developments, blending his financial knowledge with practical construction experience.

Through Burbank Financial Partners, Rodney diversified his investment portfolio across multiple industries, applying his cross-sector experience to identify compelling opportunities. During this period, he developed the LPX concept, a platform that uses blockchain technology to facilitate secondary market trading of private real estate equity positions – a solution now in Burbank's implementation pipeline.

Most recently, Rodney secured his Florida Unlimited General Contractors License and formed a strategic partnership with a $100M+ capital fund, enabling Burbank Modern Homes to execute residential developments with optimized capital efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Rodney's strength lies in seeing connections between operational details and financial structure. This integrated view allows him to identify value in situations where technical, financial and organizational elements must align - creating investment opportunities that deliver both sustainable operations and appropriate returns for all stakeholders..
